Education, Research, Innovation and Enterprise Consultant
Specialising in Higher Education, Public Health, Arts and Health, EDI, and Workforce Development
I work across higher education, public health, and the creative and cultural sectors.
I provide solutions for universities in academic quality, programme development, online and transnational education, international partnerships, student experience, and strategic growth. I also support students and academic teams across public health, health and social care, and management and leadership disciplines. My particular expertise includes equality, diversity and inclusion, workforce development, employability, and the development of innovative learning opportunities.
I work with public health organisations to strengthen professional practice, develop workforce capability, evaluate programmes and services, and measure impact. I have a particular interest in community engagement, health inequalities, and the use of creative approaches to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
Alongside my consultancy work, I develop and lead entrepreneurial ventures focused on education, employability, and international experiential learning, creating opportunities that connect students, professionals, universities, and communities.
I am also an award-winning playwright, screenwriter, and author, with work developed and presented across stage, television, and film.
